I am Ms. Sandy, a former university instructor in writing and history with many years of teaching experience. My passion is preventing the core skill gaps I frequently observed in incoming university students.

Services Offered

I teach students comprehensive strategies for success in writing and history, including:

• How to annotate texts and create outlines for complex materials (stories, poems, historical documents).
• How to rapidly expand vocabulary and actively use new words in writing.
• How to prepare for exams by grasping overarching concepts, memorizing key facts/terminology, and understanding timelines/geography.
• How to articulate literary elements (plots, characters, themes) in their own words.
• How to write effectively and develop strong time management habits to avoid procrastination.

Please note: I do not accept assignments due the following day.

Pricing

My rate is $50 per hour or $75 for 90 minutes, payable via Zelle at the time of the session. No advance payments or contracts are required, and I offer a flexible schedule.
