Copywriting Manager

Overview

Coalition Technologies is seeking a Copywriting Manager to oversee content creation for our portfolio of over 200 client accounts. This is a remote position requiring you to work a 40-hour weekly schedule from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Pacific Standard Time. The role involves leading a team of SEO copywriters and managing content for eCommerce and lead generation websites. For positions in California, New York, Washington, and Colorado, the starting base pay is between $15 and $35 per hour.

Requirements

• Outstanding written English abilities and meticulous proofreading skills.
• Professional background or formal training as a marketing copywriter, advertising copywriter, or in a comparable role (preferred).
• Previous experience in a managerial or mentoring capacity (preferred).
• A natural inclination toward leadership and task delegation.
• A foundational knowledge of major social media platforms.
• A willingness to learn about web-based writing and Search Engine Optimization (SEO).
• Proficiency in utilizing various SEO tools.
• The capacity to adhere to precise content creation protocols.
• The drive to perform effectively both collaboratively and autonomously.
• A commitment to upholding strict confidentiality.
• A dependable home office setup featuring a high-speed computer, microphone, webcam, and consistent internet/power.

Your Duties and Tasks

• Overseeing copy creation for eCommerce and lead generation websites.
• Directing a team of SEO copywriters, providing guidance and constructive feedback.
• Serving as the lead copy editor and guardian of client brand voice.
• Guaranteeing content excellence that reflects brand identity.
• Performing keyword research for client websites.
• Developing into a proficient online marketing manager (training provided).
• Orchestrating web content for multiple concurrent marketing campaigns.
• Working cooperatively to generate social media content, email marketing copy, and press releases.
• Managing SEO content initiatives from launch through research, creation, to publication.
