Overview

Alpha Structural, Southern California's premier design-build firm, seeks a motivated Structural Project Development Consultant. This is a commission-based position working with exclusively inbound, pre-qualified leads—no cold calling required. Top performers earn $100,000 to $200,000+ annually, with the highest achievers surpassing $350,000 per year. Initial training (4-5 months) is at our Los Angeles headquarters.

Requirements

• Experience in construction sales, inspections, or estimating; foundation/structural experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven focus.
• Basic knowledge of structural systems or permitting is a plus; training provided.
• Valid California driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to work in demanding site conditions (crawlspaces, slopes, etc.).
