Overview: Join Honey Homes in our mission to reduce homeowner stress by connecting them with a dedicated and skilled handyman. This is a full-time position offering a consistent 40-hour work week, competitive pay of $34 to $36 per hour (approx. $70,000-$75,000 annually plus equity), and a comprehensive benefits package.

Your Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of home repairs including carpentry, drywall, painting, light plumbing and electrical work, and smart device installation.
• Manage a local route serving approximately 40 homes.
• Develop lasting, trust-based relationships with homeowners as their go-to professional.

• A minimum of five years of hands-on experience across multiple trades.
• Proven problem-solving skills and a commitment to completing jobs correctly on the first attempt.
• Meticulous attention to detail and a pride in delivering high-quality workmanship.
• A customer-friendly attitude and enjoyment from working directly with homeowners.
• Reliability, demonstrated by a valid driver's license, dependable vehicle, and your own tools.
