Rain Gutter Technician

Location: South Bay Area, CA (Shop in San Pedro)

Job Type: 1099 Contract

Overview

Join a long-standing, expanding rain gutter company. We provide training, but experienced candidates in seamless rain gutter installation qualify for higher pay. Work includes installation, cleaning, and repair. This is a labor-intensive position involving hot, dirty conditions and is not a clean, climate-controlled job. Crew meets daily at our San Pedro shop between 6:00 AM - 8:00 AM. Company transportation to job sites is provided.

Requirements

• Must have prior experience working with extension ladders.
• Must be capable of working at the roofline without a fear of heights.
• Must possess a valid California Driver's License and a clean driving record.
• Must own and have daily access to a personal vehicle.

Compensation & Details

• Starting wage: $20.00 per hour.
• A $1.00 per hour raise is available for perfect on-time attendance over two full pay periods.
• Position is classified as 1099 contract work (no taxes withheld).

Important Notes

Drug use on the job site is strictly prohibited. Personal time activities are private unless they negatively impact work.
