Overview

Serve as a certified Security Officer in an on-call mobile response unit, answering dispatch calls to address security incidents or alarms at client locations. This gig-based role is ideal for individuals with security experience who also work with platforms like Uber, Lyft, or Doordash. Officers are paid per successfully completed dispatch and for meeting availability goals.

Requirements

• A High School Diploma or equivalent is mandatory.
• Must hold and maintain a valid California Guard Card.
• Candidates must be a minimum of 18 years old.
• Previous experience in security or law enforcement is advantageous.
• Capability to stay composed and focused under pressure.
• Keen attention to detail and strong observational skills.
• Superior communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.

Physical Demands

• Must be able to react quickly to emergencies.
• Capacity to stand, walk, and sit for prolonged durations.

Essential Duties

• Answer alarms and emergency calls swiftly following dispatch.
• Perform immediate and comprehensive scene assessment upon arrival.
• Address and defuse conflicts and disturbances.
• Provide aid during critical emergencies (fires, medical crises, active threats).
• Compose clear, succinct, and legally compliant incident reports.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain professional conduct.
• Collaborate with law enforcement authorities as required.
