About Community Corp

Community Corp is a nonprofit dedicated to restoring, constructing, and managing affordable housing for working families with limited incomes. Founded in 1982, the organization has renovated and built close to 2,071 homes. Through the expansion and improvement of affordable housing, it strengthens neighborhoods, fosters environments where individuals can flourish, and transforms countless lives. These efforts help shape the unique identity of Santa Monica and the broader Westside area, promoting communities that are more inclusive, compassionate, and ecologically sustainable.
