Overview

iOAN Recovery and Wellness Center, an expanding organization dedicated to mental health and holistic wellness, is seeking a Marketing Intern. This on-site role in Panorama City offers a valuable opportunity to gain practical, hands-on experience in digital and community-based marketing while contributing to a positive mission. The schedule is flexible at 10 to 15 hours per week.

Primary Responsibilities

• Provide support with search engine optimization, content development, and website maintenance.
• Oversee social media content and posting schedules for platforms including Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
• Create flyers, brochures, and various digital promotional materials.
• Ensure the accuracy of business listings across online directories.
• Assist in scheduling public speaking engagements for organizational leaders.
• Develop and manage a database of referral partner contacts.
• Maintain a calendar of relevant networking and community events.

Desired Qualifications

• Current enrollment in a Marketing, Communications, or related field of study is advantageous.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• Proficiency with Canva and major social media platforms.
• Ability to work on-site at our Panorama City location. A hybrid arrangement may be considered for outstanding candidates.
• A genuine interest in wellness, community engagement, and creative work.
