Overview

Northstrand Group seeks a driven individual for a full-time Real Estate Associate/Intern role. This position offers a unique, fully-funded pathway to obtain a California real estate license while gaining hands-on experience in the luxury property market. You will work directly with the sales team on lead generation, client relations, and market analysis in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong interpersonal skills with a proactive approach to initiating client conversations.
• Superior organizational habits, diligent follow-through, and attention to detail.
• Ability to analyze market data and contribute to pricing or valuation discussions.
• Highly motivated, self-driven, and adaptable in a dynamic sales atmosphere.
• Familiarity with Google Workspace and customer relationship management (CRM) software.
• Comfortable with making calls for lead generation purposes.
