Pest Control and Wildlife Management Partner

Overview: This is a leadership and partnership opportunity for an experienced pest control professional to help build a new division. We offer profit-sharing from every project and a recurring revenue model for long-term income. This role is based in Southern and Northern California.

Requirements

• A valid Pest Control license is mandatory.
• 3-5 years of direct, hands-on experience in pest control and wildlife services.
• An entrepreneurial, owner-like mindset.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Experience working in both residential and commercial settings.
• Readiness to lead from the field and the office.
• Knowledge of California's pest control regulations is a significant advantage.
