The home is shared with 2-3 respectful housemates and includes access to all common areas, a community pool, and jacuzzi. Flexible stay terms are available.

• Daily Rate: $60/day (20-day minimum) + $900 refundable deposit.
• Monthly Rate: $1,250/month (1-2 month terms) + $1,250 refundable deposit.
